Monest (opens in a new tab) is an AI platform for debt collection that works with many major players like Nubank, Itaú, Carrefour, Banco Inter and others. I build the integrations with these companies so Mia (AI) can collect from debtors, importing debtors and messages at scale. So far that adds up to 3M+ agreements, 36M+ debtors, 500M+ messages and R$ 800M+ recovered.
Technical challenges
- Day to day is far from simple CRUD: every client has its own API, rules and quirks
- Each integration needs its own approach to import debtors and exchange messages with Mia (AI)
